Last night I have wicked bad night terrors 2 times I woke up and was running though the house I guess. It sucked because I remember waking up screaming that someone dumped a pile of maggots on my bed and they were all over my sheets. I remember who it was like one of my close friends or my brother or something. I just remember that one and my mom said I woke up again and was screaming in the kitchen haha. Then I was dreaming I was in a jeep and in the backseat with 2 or 3 people that i didn't know and I was getting buckled up when I though what if I fell in to the river, and couldn't get out. so i unbuckled my self and the person driving flew into the river or ocean and I was trying to get out of the window but the person in the drivers seat wouldn't let me out and kept saying something like "your not getting out, your staying" and was running out of air, and that's when I woke up. It scared me so bad. I was told night terrors and sleep walking are caused by stress, and that could be true because I'm always stressed out over so much shit, but I don't know how to get rid of that. It's not always things I can stop. I ate a hot dog before bed though so i think that could be the problem too...I really hope so because that was one fucked up night of bad dreams.
